Exchange & Return Policy

The exchange and return policy is a guaranteed right for all azrawear customers and applies to all products displayed on our store.

All products displayed on our store are eligible for exchange and return in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.


Conditions

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original wrapping.
  • The exchange or return request will be approved within 3 business days.
  • If the exchange/return request is approved, the courier will reach the customer within 3–5 business days.


How to request

  • Please send a message via WhatsApp to the number shown on the shipping waybill to request a return or exchange, or contact us through the Contact Us page to request a return or exchange.
  • Please take photos of the product and send them, along with the city, address, and order number, so it can be exchanged for another product if the item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as agreed.


Refunds

  • A full refund will be issued to the customer if the delivered product is completely different from the product description on the product page on our website.
  • We are not responsible for any usage expectations assumed by the customer that were not stated on the product page on our website.
