🛍️ Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges on items that meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Must have original tags and packaging intact

Return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on undergarments, swimwear, or bodysuits.
⏳ Return & Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange. -
Receive confirmation & return label (if eligible) from our team.

Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Final sale items

Items marked as non-returnable
-
Customized or altered pieces
-
Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear
💳 Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note: Depending on your bank or provider, the time it takes to appear on your statement may vary.
